zoetrope ...
Zoetrope – a little movie created by light and pictures. It has the effect by gaps between the plastic the paper is held in n through the gaps you see the sequence the picture is demonstrating as it rotates.
Phiphenomenon – is what our brain does as it sees the images rotate. Bringing the sequence together to create an understanding of the situation that is being demonstrated.
Persistance of vision – what we memorize and see when we close our eyes .
